The ponda upcycling project does not restore, it re-reads— and in that act, reconnects to the universal. ________________________ We have upcycled a 1980s Tokyo Musen taxi roof light into a stylish interior lamp. Over the years, taxi roof lights gradually became smaller due to rising vehicle heights and the need to avoid contact with overpasses. This piece was likely removed from a vehicle when it was no longer needed. We have refurbished it, rewired it, and converted it into an interior lamp that works with a standard light bulb. Its distinctive triangular shape, inspired by Tokyo Tower, adds a modern charm to any interior layout. Size: φ190 × H240 mm Bulb: Uses E26 bulb. LED bulbs are recommended to avoid high temperatures.
